ALBUM COVERS: NM, beautiful. "Rarities" would grade EX-NM.
VINYL: NM, many were never played. Comes with all inserts (see photos). BOX: EX-NM, Storage wear, has a manufacturing flaw were box was put together (see photo). 

My Record Ratings:
FACTORY SEALED - Means just that, still in original shrink, never opened. May exhibit normal shelf-wear, drill hole or cut corner.  Please Note: Those of us who grew up in the vinyl era know all too well that a sealed album doesn't mean a mint album. Some factory imperfections are only made available once an album has been opened, inspected and played.

NEAR MINT  - Very few, if any imperfections.

EXCELLENT  - Better than VG+, not as good as Near Mint.

VERY GOOD+ - Covers may have wear at edges or ring wear. Records will have slight sleeve marks or very few light scratches, may have minimal surface noise between tracks.

VERY GOOD - Records in this grade were well loved and well played but not abused. Cover will have more obvious marks, scratches, scuffs, cut corners, drill holes, saw marks and dings. They may have split seams that have been repaired with glue or tape. Vinyl will have scratches and/or scuffs, light surface noise in between tracks or on the quiet tracks. Labels may have writing or stickers.
