CONDITION DETAILS GOLD PROMO stamp on front. Vinyl plays nicely (play-graded). Cover looks great; a few creases near edges; light-scuffing, a couple tiny surface abrasions, and surface impressions (front/back). Inner-sleeve is original (photos/lyrics/credits); one seam partially split. Spine is easy-to-read with mild-wear. Shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Developing split near center of top-edge. Opening is crisp with signs of light use. (Not a cut-out.)

ABOUT THE RECORD Slide It In, by British hard rock band Whitesnake, was the first Whitesnake album to be released by Geffen Records in the US, but was remixed for the release. Because of this, two different editions of the album exist, each with its own unique qualities. It was their fourth top 10 album in the UK, peaking at No. 9. In 1988 the album re-entered the US charts due to the success of the self-titled Whitesnake album (1987 in Europe), and is certified double platinum. It was the final Whitesnake recording to use the band's original "snake" logo. Five singles came from this album, each of which charted in the UK and/or US: Guilty of Love (No. 31 UK), Standing in the Shadow (No. 62 UK), Give Me More Time (No. 29 UK), Love Ain't No Stranger (No. 44 UK and No. 34 US) and Slow An' Easy (No. 17 US).
