As often happens with this type of packaging, the stickered clear plastic outer sleeve has a 6 cm long split in the bottom edge.
The record sleeve is in excellent condition, with some creasing.
I have only played the record a couple of times since new, including once to check it before listing it. It is in excellent condition. I noted a few "clicks" and one louder "pop".
This record has been looked after carefully since new.
