Hello and welcome to my auctions!

Please take a moment to read the whole description as it contains vital information about the item and the terms of the auction - thanks.

All these records are from my personal collection that I have decided to sell to raise a deposit for a house!!!

I have tried hard to accurately describe each record but sometimes, rarely, my description may not match the buyers expectations, so please ask any questions before bidding. If anything, I under describe them to ensure complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy, please contact me so that we can work things out.

I am not a record dealer, just a private collector so PLEASE ask any questions before you bid.

The item:

Please study the pictures closely as they are of the exact item you will receive and I have done my best to capture any flaws but I may miss some, so please ask any questions BEFORE you bid.

Note: These are vinyl records! There will be surface marks, there will be the odd bit of crackle and maybe a pop and a click or two - these are 30/40/50 year+ old records! Please don't expect brand new condition records unless I have graded them as such! I have played this record through on my ProJect turntable with red Ortofon cart and 1.5g of tonearm pressure and it plays without any skips or jumps.

Cover is generic.

The vinyl is clean and shiny and has some surface marks. It plays through without skips or jumps on my equipment and sounds fantastic!  There are pops and clicks (condition rated below).

Please ask any questions BEFORE bidding.

Please note that if you are using equipment where you cannot control the tone arm weight or anti-skate, there is a possibility that records will skip and jump. If you ask for a return, I will need to find out the kind of equipment you are using as I play test each record before they are listed for sale.

Condition: (see grading at the bottom of the listing) VINYL/COVER:

VG/-

The vinyl may benefit from a professional clean.

Postage & Packing:

I send all my parcels second class signed for to ensure they reach their destination. This provides security for you and me.

I will happily combine postage.  You will pay only one cost for a parcel of records up to 2kg in weight (£4.45) - UK only.  This will also depend if you are happy for more than one record to be placed in one mailer (usually 3-4).

International buyers: I am more than happy to ship to you and will calculate the exact cost on completion of auction. The £22.00 is a generic figure as this is what it costs in general to send international tracked to certain countries like the USA, Australia etc. It will vary depending on your location. I will combine costs for international buyers too but you need to be aware of the weight restrictions of 2kg for small parcels.  Anything over this weight will cost a lot more.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied, I will accept the item back but the buyer will pay for the postage (non-refundable). Please contact me if you are not satisfied BEFORE leaving negative or neutral feedback!  I always work things out if you are not happy - it's just common courtesy :-)

Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide:

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or unplayed should be Mint.

NEAR MINT: a record that appears new but is known to have been played because the label has light spindle marks or because it has come from a previous owner and is assumed to have been played by them.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler."
