Sleeve : EX with minor wear Vinyl : EX - has lots of light hairline scratches
Plays great through both sides
Cleaned using a ProJect VCS & L'Art Du Son cleaning fluid & then played on a decent HiFi 
Grading is a bit subjective as people have different standards so please don't expect this system to be 100% accurate Sound quality will vary depending on the type of audio equipment used !
EX = shows signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. Cover might have slight wear / creases but no rips VG+ = Has obviously been played but no significant deterioration in sound quality despite some light scratches / marks. Cover may have slight wear / creasing but no rips VG = Has been played many times but no major deterioration in sound quality despite light scratches / scuffs. Cover will have some wear and possible some minor tears / damage
