This vinyl has been professionally cleaned and comes with a quality anti static inner sleeve and poly outer sleeve for your albums protection. We use quality Lil packaging for the best protection of your album during transit.

21 Years of Alternative Radio 1 on vinyl and from 1988. This album contains 2 vinyl LP's on the Strange Fruit record label. 21 tracks representing 21 years of BBC Radio 1 session recordings including New Order, Queen, The Smiths,The Damned and Siouxsie. All the recordings were made in session at Radio 1 and unlikely to be duplicated commercially anywhere.

Both vinyl are in excellent condition and played beautifully without jumps and minimal crackle. There is one single click during Joan Armatrading's 'No Love For Free' but there is no mark or scratch on the vinyl surface to identify why this is and in our opinion did not distract from the otherwise excellent sound quality of the album. Both vinyl have only minimal fine hairlines from previous play and undamaged labels.

Outer sleeve is in VGC+ with no major damage. There is some minor scuffing and creasing from use and wear. The spine is undamaged and fully readable.

I grade all of my records according to The Record Collector Magazines grading system.

I always test play my records on a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Turntable with Ortofon cartridge stylus unless they are in near mint/ mint condition and appear unplayed but the description will state this. I don't sell records with deep scratches or marks that affect the sound quality and enjoyment.

All of our Vinyl is professionally cleaned using a Pro-Ject VC-S record cleaning machine.

The vinyl is then packaged in a protective anti static sleeve, the whole album placed into a protective outer plastic sleeve and then posted in a robust top of the range custom cardboard record mailer.
