I'm a not a grader of records, so I won't give them a grade, but I can give you a NON expert opinion of the condition.
NON - expert opinion:
Outer sleeve - good condition with signs of storage wear including some creasing, SEE PHOTOS
Inner sleeve - In good condition, SEE PHOTOS
Vinyl - In good clean condition with only a couple of very light scratches, but nothing major - SEE PHOTOS
I've tried to describe to the best of my opinion, but please feel free to ask any questions and I'll do my best to answer them.
