This UK box set ('PXS 1') dating from 1970 contains genuine & original components:
Fully laminated outer slipcase.
Outer black card tray (lacking inner tray).
164-page 'GET BACK' book with photographs by Ethan A. Russell.
'Let It Be' UK 1st pressing Apple LP: PCS 7096
Earliest matrices: YEX 773-3U & YEX 774-2U
Stamper codes: 2,3/GGP & 2/GAH
Vinyl weight: 142g
Fully laminated LP cover with blue/green Apple logo on the rear panel.
N.B. Towards the end of production, when the red Apple logo covers had run-out, these blue/green covers were added with mixed matrix discs.
Complete with original 'Patent No. 1,125,555' plain white inner-sleeve.
CONDITION
Slipcase: EXCELLENT
Clean,
glossy & in-shape with light shelfwear only.
The only significant sign of wear is a large 'thumbnail' wrinkle towards the front left edge.
Both upper and lower ends are square & uncrushed and all of the edges are sharp and free from any tears or feathering.
Outer Tray: VERY GOOD
Intact with general handling wear and light creasing to the flaps.
Book: EXCELLENT
A fine example with a clean, glossy cover showing with just a few small indentations on the front.
The spine is 'uncracked' and both ends are unworn. All pages inside are fully intact with none loose or missing.
LP
Disc: VERY GOOD +
Clean labels and playing surfaces with some light surface marks but nothing we would call a scratch.
This disc has been played a number of times but all tracks play without fault.
Cover: VERY GOOD +
Clean & glossy with some small laminate wrinkles and bruised corners but no major issues.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
This set will be shipped inside a custom box-type mailer to make sure it reaches you in the same condition it leaves us.
