EX (+OR -) LP and /or sleeve in slightly less than NM- with a few or any flaws on playback  and maybe a BB hole in jacket or hint of slightest wear
VG++ (EX-) = some very light sleeve or scuffs (that do not change playback) and or a CC or punch on cvr
VG+ = some minor cvr wear or minor RW and some light scuffs or marks on vinyl that do not (or lightly sound)
VG = unrepairable split seams and major RW and audible scuffs and marks on Vinyl or pen marks or any damage to cvr.
