My large collection of 60/70/80 vinyl albums are being sold due to removal and downsizing. Most haven't been played for 30/40 years and have been stored in secure and damp/dust free conditions. These LPs are in EXCELLENT condition. Bought brand new and played no more than two or three times and recorded onto tape, later replaced by CD.

DIRE STRAITS - i) COMMUNIQUE/ii)MAKING MOVIES/iii)BROTHERS IN ARMS - VINYL ALBUMS

1978/1980/1985 ORIGINAL VINYL ALBUMS - STEREO - EARLY PRESSINGS

All three albums were test played on 02/Sept/2018, stylus pressure of 0.5-1 gm.

i) Vertigo 9102 031. Disc is in excellent condition. There is one long stylus mark across tracks 4 & 5 on side 2, but, on test playing, with a stylus pressure of only 0.5gm, the click is barely perceptible and there is no effect on the playing quality. There are only 1 or 2 very faint spindle marks near the hole, which is undamaged. Both the outer sleeve and inner picture sleeve are in excellent condition, with no edge scuffing or damaged corners.

ii) Vertigo 6359 034. This disc may have been played more than once, but it is difficult to see any sign that it has been played at all! Any spindle marks are almost invisible and the spindle hole is intact. On test playing there were no perceptible clicks, only slight crackle on the lead in to both sides. The inner sleeve, with track and lyrics, is in MINT condition. The outer sleeve, however shows signs of wear, with slight scuffing along two edges.

iii) Vertigo VERH 25. This disc is in MINT condition. Absolutely no sign of having been played, possibly bought along with the CD and stored for posterity! There are NO spindle marks, whatsoever. the inner sleeve, with lyrics and credits is in MINT condition and the outer sleeve is EXCELLENT, with slight scuffing only on the corners.
