Does need cleaning. See pictures for any scuff marks, etc. has a few but can’t say, if it will affect it being younger myself and playing records some scratches didn’t seem to affect them... I don’t have a record player to test it out but bought it from original owner which to the EYE, I can SEE took very GOOD care of their collection. As a preowned item, there will always be some sign of normal wear and tear and will be sold “as is” but if by just LOOKING at them, I would be 90% confident of their condition.
