The record is VG++ ~ The vinyl has a nice gleam and is in great shape with a couple VERY MINOR markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+/VG ~ There is some ring wear to each side, the corners have light dings and the edges are worn with NO SPLITS. (see photos)
