The record is VG+ ~ The record has a great gleam with a couple VERY MINOR markings which should not have any effect to the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+ ~ The sleeve has some slight ring wear, there is some light discoloration to the backside due to age and exposure to light, the corners are lightly dinged and the edges have some slight wear with NO SPLITS! (see photos)
