The record is VG+ ~ The record has a great gleam with a couple VERY MINOR markings on each side, none of which should have any effect to the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+ ~ The sleeve has some slight ring wear, the corners have some light dings and creasing, and the edges have very minor wear with NO SPLITS! (see photos)
