Record is VG++ with a few light markings that should not affect audio quality and a nice gloss; Sleeve is VG+/VG with some light ringwear on the front and back, a few small light stains on the front in places, some light creasing on the front and back originating from the edges, small dings on the corners, an old price tag on the back near the lower right corner, some light spots of staining on the back in places, some wear on the corners, and some wear on the seams with NO SPLITS (see pictures)
