Record is VG++ (a few light markings, should not affect audio quality) / Sleeve is VG (some wear on the front and back, the upper front left/back right corner is cut, a peel on the front near the lower right corner, small dings on the corners, some wear on the corners, some wear on the seams with a 4" separation on the upper seam starting at the mouth - see pictures)
