Record is VG+ with a couple very minor markings which should not affect the audio quality and a couple light markings which may cause very minor surface noise to be audible.
Sleeve is VG+ and is still in the original shrink, the shrink wrap has a tear near the mouth of the sleeve on the front side. (see pictures)
