The record is VG+ ~ Vinyl has a very nice gleam with a couple light markings which should not effect the audio quality.
The sleeve is VG+ ~ There is light ring wear, the corners are lightly dinged with a fairly large crease to the top right corner and the edges are very slightly worn with NO SPLITS. (see photos)
