The record is VG+ ~ The vinyl has a nice gleam with a couple very minor markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+/VG ~ The sleeve has slight ring wear, there is some staining and discoloration due to age, the corners are lightly creased/dinged and the edges have some slight wear with NO SPLITS. (see photos)
