The record is VG+ ~ The record has a very nice gleam with a couple light markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+ ~ The sleeve has some ring wear and slight discoloration due to age, with some slight corner dings and the edges have very minimal signs of wear with NO SPLITS. (see photos)
