CONDITION DETAILS Still in ORIGINAL SHRINK-WRAP (opened), with HYPE-STICKERS. Vinyl plays with occasional light-crackles (play-graded). Cover looks great; a couple creases near edges; no scuffing (front/back); surface impression near top-left on front. Inner-sleeve is original (photos/lyrics/credits); seams partially split. Spine is easy-to-read with very mild-wear. Little shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge; minor wear to corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and a few divots. (Not a cut-out.)

ABOUT THE RECORD Private Dancer was Turner's breakthrough after several challenging years of going solo after divorcing husband and performing partner Ike Turner. The album has been certified 5x Platinum in the United States. Worldwide the album has been estimated to have sold over 20 million copies. The album generated a number of highly successful singles including What's Love Got to Do with It which went to No. 1 and stayed there for three weeks. At the 1985 Grammy Awards, Private Dancer won four of the six awards for which it was nominated. Seven of the album's ten tracks (nine in the U.S.) were released as singles.
