Vinyl very good condition and sleeve in very good condition, although some discolouration due to it's age. 
Matrix numbers: XEX 447-1N /  XEX 448-1N
The cover for my copy appears to have the darker coloured cover, which was  discussed on a previous listing....
"WHAT MAKES THIS LP EVEN RARER STILL - IS THAT IT HAS THE 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE' 1ST PRESS 'DARKER COLOURED' COVER!!!!  THIS ULTRA RARE 'DARKER COLOURED' COVER ON EVER OCCOURED ON A TINY HANDFUL OF THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS ONLY - AND WAS IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED!!!!  THE FIRST FEW COVERS EVER MADE WERE PRESSED FAR TOO DARK AND COMPLAINTS WERE IMMEDIATELY MADE ABOUT THE CLARITY AND DARKNESS OF THE BEATLES FACES!!!!  AND IT IS VERY OBVIOUS INDEED WHEN YOU COMPARE THIS 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'DARKER COLOURED' COVER - WITH ANY LATER COVER!!!!  IF YOU LOOK AT MY PICTURE OF THIS 'DARKER' 1ST PRESS COVER - YOU CAN ONLY SEE HALF OF EACH OF THE BEATLES FACES - AND THEY APPEAR EXTREMELY DARK AND 'GRAINY'!!!!  THIS WAS NOT THE IMAGE THE BEATLES WANTED TO PORTRAY - AND WAS IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED!!!! "
