After returning from the final YARDBIRDS USA tour in the late 60’s singer Keith Relf and drummer Jim McCarty formed RENAISSANCE with Keith’s sister Jane Relf and played numerous gigs in UK and Sweden before embarking on a USA tour in the early 70’s.
