CONDITION DETAILS GOLD PROMO stamp on front. "Also Available on Compact Disc and Casette" sticker on front. Cover looks great; a few creases near edges; light-scuffing and surface impressions (front/back); tiny surface abrasions near top-right on back. Inner-sleeve is original (plastic). Spine is mostly easy-to-read with some wear. Some shelf-wear along side-edges; wear to corners. Top opening is crisp with signs of light use and a few divots. Writing on one side of label. (Not a cut-out.)

ABOUT THE RECORD Hanky Panky was the second and final single release from the Madonna soundtrack album I'm Breathless (Music from and Inspired by the film Dick Tracy). The song caused some controversy because of its innuendo and racy lyrics. It became a top 10 hit in many countries including Australia, Ireland, Italy, Finland, the United Kingdom and the United States. No official video was made for Hanky Panky; instead, a live performance of the song from the Blond Ambition Tour, was used. More is a Stephen Sondheim number which was performed in Dick Tracy. Madonna recites the materialistic-themed lyrics with irony, over a bouncy two-beat with tap-dancing during an instrumental break. The track consists of syncopated chord structure, tempo changes and lyrical rhymes.
