The vinyl is still new and in the original shrink wrap. It isn't sealed but only played once. The sleeve is in great condition minus a small crease in the top right corner (see pics). DISCLAIMER: Upon opening I was surprised to find it only had 2 copies of sides A/B (the red vinyl) and is indeed missing C/D (the white vinyl). I contacted Omerta instantly in hopes they had an extra to swap but they did not. However this vinyl is still extremely rare (/500), even more so with it being a mispackage!
