CONDITION DETAILS Still in ORIGINAL SHRINK-WRAP (opened), with HYPE-STICKER. Vinyl plays nicely (play-tested). Cover looks great; no scuffing and section of shrink missing near bottom-right (front/back); split in shrink near top-center on back. Inner-sleeve is original (Atlantic logo). Spine is easy-to-read with mild-wear. Little shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use. (Not a cut-out.)

ABOUT THE RECORD Let the Music Play was the debut album dance and freestyle singer Shannon. The title track (originally called Fire and Ice), written by the team of Chris Barbosa and Ed Chisolm, became a massive hit, peaking at No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100, and No. 1 on the Billboard dance chart. The album itself would go on to sell over one million copies worldwide. The album garnered Shannon her first Grammy Award nomination for Best Female R&B Vocal Performance, presented at the 27th Grammy Awards in 1985.
