All orders are sent within 3 days of payment. USA orders are fully tracked and insured against loss with an estimated transit time of 10 to 14 days International orders excluding USA are sent priority airmail with an estimated transit time of 7 to 10 days European orders are sent priority airmail with an estimated transit time of 5 to 10 days Option for tracked & signed for shipping is available for all countries on request. Returns

Returns are accepted with 14 days and items must be returned in the same state as received, option to open a return case in ebay is acceptable but MUST use the correct reason for return. CD / Vinyl media must be returned unopened unless there is physical damage to the item upon receipt. Buyer must pay the return costs if no fault was found or cancelled the order after purchase.
