This is the self titled vinyl album, commonly referred to as "The Brown Album" by The Band. It was released on Capitol Records, catalog number STAO-132. This vinyl album is an original first pressing and was released in 1969. It includes the tracks:

The record itself is in better than Very Good (VG+) condition with few visible marks but no scratches and has no affect to how the record plays. The cover is also in better than Very Good (VG+) condition with minor wear. Great buy!
