New Vinyl Sealed. Wadu Wadu is the debut album of the Argentine group Virus. It is a direct and powerful material, composed of fifteen New Wave sound songs that on average do not exceed three minutes. A fundamental album in Argentine rock, which until then was very stoned in music and image, where music was characterized by being routine, traditional and attached to classical rock. Wadu Wadu marked a musical change that at first very few assimilated among the public, but over time it was felt. Energy, carelessness, speed and subtlety were combined with ironic and scathing letters for a country that took everything too seriously. It was recorded in CBS Studios between September 29 and November 15, 1981, it was published in late 1981 under the CBS Columbia label (now Sony Music).
