I use the Goldmine Grading Guide to grade my records.  If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me straight away before leaving feedback or opening a case and I will work with you to resolve any issue.  Rest assured that I have a no quibble returns policy.  If the item has to be returned, you will receive a full refund of your original payment, and for UK buyers returns are free.
Item will be posted using strong cardboard stiffeners and envelope within 5 working days of payment but my aim is to post as soon as possible.  I use the Global Shipping Programme for overseas sales.  I will consider posting to certain countries using a Royal Mail tracked service. If you require this service please contact me for a price. Please note, import duties, taxes, and other charges will not be included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges will be the buyer's responsibility.
Please check out my other items for sale.  If you buy more than one item from me combined mailing will generally result in a saving.  For UK buyers the shipping cost is normally the same for 1, 2 or three items, with a small increase for 4-6 items.  To get the discount, add items to your basket and then request total from me before making payment. I can then send an adjusted invoice.  Alternatively, I will refund any excess postage payments after you have made payment.
