INFORMATION: Our products have ALL been in storage for sometime and not purchased recently. We will also ensure they are suitably cleaned with anti-bacterial sprays(where possible). Products are prepared for dispatch by one person who does not have the virus(to our knowledge). You are also likely to receive your items more than 3 days after they have been prepared(we apologise for any delays in delivery this is due to prioritising essential products in the fight against the disease and to protect people)

Postage & Packing:

Listing for the United Kingdom(UK) DO NOT cover the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and any other areas of the UK where international shipping costs are required. Only listing where international shipping is available will we send to these areas. Our postage prices included monies for packaging- boxes(new or once used), bubble wrap and bags, tape, padding and brown paper. If we have overcharged postage it will be refunded                                       Most postal services are available on request- Postal Insurance, Special Delivery, Signed for etc.... Deliveries are made via Hermes Courier or Royal Mail except where items are over a certain weight and size and then other courier services are available on a 3-5 day service for UK We offer combined shipping on multiple orders, you can request this price prior to purchase

Policy on Returns:

Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken). You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us. We also reserve the right to charge a 10% adminstration fee for returned items.

Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within  14 days. Please ensure you check your product once it has arrived. The return period extends to 31 days around the Christmas period. If you are unsure if your product can be returned please contact us.

If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible and if you receive a damaged item please do not accept or sign for an order, contact us as soon as possible

Interational Shipping:

We do ship to various international destinations please refer to the individual listing for more information. Airsure and International Signed for and Tracked services are available upon request if not detailed on the listing. We will not send products out to countries where we have not specified them as a "ship to country" on a listing, please contact us first for a price. We must remind customers that some products will be subject to customs and taxes when entering a country. This is the buyer responsiblility and will vary depending your the country of destination and price of the item- please contact customs departments for the individual country. We do not accept international returns but please contact us if there are any issues

Excellent: The Goods have been used but have been either very well looked after, not used a great deal or just a very hard wearing product. There may or may not be some wear and tear visible Very Good: The Goods have been used but have either been well looked after, not used a great deal or just a very hard wearing product. There may be some wear and tear or slight defect(ie. Stickers missing, scratch etc….) Good: The Goods have been used and have been looked after well but will have some wear and tear and possibly slight defects(ie. Stickers missing, scratches, writing slightly faded etc……..) Fair: The Goods are in good working order and still very usable for their original purpose but will have a quantity of wear and tear and some defects
