This album is an Urban Outfitters exclusive issue, made with an alternate cover than the regular issue.

The records themselves are in Near Mint (NM) condition with no visible marks or scratches as they look as if they have never been played! The cover is also in Near Mint (NM) condition with just about no wear. This album  looks and sounds fantastic! This is a great buy!
