I use the Goldmine Grading Guide to grade my records.  If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me straight away before leaving feedback or opening a case and I will work with you to resolve any issue.  Rest assured that I have a no quibble returns policy.  If the item has to be returned you will receive a full refund of your original payment and for UK buyers, I will also reimburse your return postage costs.
Item will be posted using strong cardboard stiffeners and envelope within 5 working days of payment but my aim is to post as soon as possible. 
Please check out my other items for sale.  If you buy more than one item from me combined mailing will generally result in a saving.   To get the discount, add items to your basket and then request total from me before making payment. I can then send an adjusted invoice.  Alternatively, I will refund any excess postage payments after you have made payment.
