I believe the name of the artist is Jo Kyung-Soo (but it also might be Cho Kyung-Soo) and I believe the name of the album is Soloing. I know it has a popular Korean classic song from 1978 called "What Is Happiness" and another called "Son". I suspect it's a greatest hits record.
This is a rare copy of Korean Soul Funk Pop from 1978. I will add a couple of songs below so you can get the flavor of the album.
The Vinyl and cover are clean with only very light wear. VG+/VG+
