You're looking at a NEAR MINT vinyl (Very Good sleeve)  LP from the band Hootie & The Blowfish of their album Fairweather Johnson.

I bought this album new from NRM Music back in '01/'02 when the store was going out of business. I saved the original shrink wrap folded up inside the sleeve, which still has it's hype sticker and price tag.

The record itself is in excellent shape. Looks like it's never been played, although I know I had to have listened to it a couple times that first year. It has been stored vertically on my shelf since.

The sleeve is bent at the top right corner and has been like that when I purchased it. A couple of the other corners have marks, too. And the bottom front of the cover has an indentation from the record. Please check the photos above as I've taken close-ups of all issues. You've got to remember that this album sat on their shelves a few years before I bought it and I also remember their metal wire shelving wasn't the greatest for records to be in. The liner notes are also bent in the same location as the sleeve.
