This item was purchased by me from the Exclusive Company record store. The record has been played once since then and is in Near Mint condition. The cover has no visible defects aside from very minor shelf wear. This is in Near Mint condition.
This record was placed in a protective sleeve immediately after purchase and lovingly kept vertically in a non-smoking home with no pets and low humidity.
