If this item is a CD and you order multiple CDs, they may be mailed via media mail given weight. But I can usually mail a 2 or 3 first class no problem. I usually ship next business day. If you order an LP, it will be shipping via Media Mail. In general, I will be able to ship it out immediately and have normal 1 business shipping within the USA. However, in the occasion I am out of town for the week with my job, I will ship immediately when I return. Consequently, I have checked 5 business days option just in case.

Who am I and Who are Blue Yonder Music and Blue Yonder Comics?

I have been a comic book, toy, and record/music collector on and off since I started collecting as a kid in the early/mid 1970s. As a music collector, I set up at record fairs in college and for fun I also have managed a 1970s band who had a few number 1 hits. Comic books (and those by Neal Adams in particular) and Mego action figures were a big part of my childhood. I have over 3800 positive feedback marks (100% positive). When eBay first started off I was selling huge chunks of my comic collection/inventory. So about the first 500 or so of my positive feedback marks were for selling comic books as you can see. This is before eBay tracked/differentiated between buying and selling feedback. If you go look at my early and recent selling feedback you will see that I always packaged well, under graded, and was just an all around swell guy. As a comic collector, I also set up regularly at comic conventions in the Southeast in the mid/late 1990s to the early 2000s where I unloaded my NM & Mint duplicate Bronze Age comics at dirt cheap prices before they started to skyrocket in the Overstreet Guide and before grading and encapsulating comics became common. Over the last number of years, I have also been selling my mego collection bit by bit on eBay and will put up the rest of those up, as well as more comics. Blue Yonder Comics (formerly Bronze Age Beauties) is now back going strong on the internet, on eBay, and at conventions. Over the coming months, we will continue to offer the best high grade silver and bronze age (both raw and graded-specializing in CBCS graded books) comics we can for you. What are the terms and conditions of this sale?

Winning bidder or buyer to pay via PayPal or Credit Cards (through PayPal). Once eBay takes over managing payments, you still will have the option to use PayPal. For auctions, payment is required within 3 days of auction close. If payment in full is not received (unless other arrangements are made) within this time period, then I have the right to make the auction null and void and offer to next highest bidder or my neighbor's pet iguana if I choose. Buy it Now/Fixed price items or auctions with a Buy it Now are expected to be paid the same day. I will generally ship items immediately once payment is received. However, it may take up to 7 days (in the occasion that I am out of town on business for a week). Also, if I know I am getting in a payment via PayPal in the evening from another auction, I may put off mailing a day, so I can mail multiple auctions/items at the same time. I just don't want to go to the post office every day. In general (because I also sell music cds-which of course can be copied), I put no refunds on my listings. However, given eBay provides you buyer protection, I will provide refunds if there is something wrong and I have misrepresented the comic book or record/CD. I put up huge pictures and describe items/comics in detail, so you can decide condition and I don't guarantee any grade estimates that may be listed in the auction. I will not accept returns on graded comics. If there is a problem, you need to contact me right away, but don't damage the book and/or try to send a different book back for a refund. I videotape the opening of any return to protect myself from those few slimy characters out there who are dishonest and I will block them from bidding on my items in the future. I will report anyone who practices monkey business to eBay. eBay now watches buyers more closely. I am a buyer myself, so I want everyone to be above board. If I sell a set, if you have a problem, then you will generally need to send the whole set back. While I at times may give a partial refund, in general, I don't do this and you will need to send the book back for a full refund if there is a problem that is my fault. I am not interested in those who want to play games. Please don't do business with me or buy my comics or music if you are one of those dishonest people who try to blackmail sellers. I am an honest person & generous and my reputation and feedback speak for itself. But I do also believe in justice and if you are an evil doer, I will ensure the Justice League comes after you! Contact me within 2 days if there is a problem and if everything is legit, then I would expect you to send the return within a few days of my giving you the thumbs up. Please let the pictures dictate the quality of the items. Once I know you are happy with your purchase (as indicated by your leaving feedback), I will, of course, leave you positive feedback.

How Do I Ship?

I have a reputation for solid packaging to protect your item from the postal worker's pet gorilla in case he decides to stomp. Rest assured, I will do my part to ensure your item will arrive safe. For US sales, delivery confirmation is included. If this item doesn't have free shipping, use the calculator for US shipping/handling costs. Regarding shipping CDs, I can't guarantee that the post office will not be rough and a CD case get a crack in it during shipment. This is USA shipping only unless there are shipping costs listed for your country or it says contact seller for costs. Comic book sales are generally USA only. I

If international shipping costs are listed for your country, then INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATE IS FOR FIRST CLASS SHIPPING by weight. If shipping says contact seller for costs, please contact me BEFORE bidding or buying. I will ship to most countries but in some cases with some items I will require the item to be sent by registered mail (which can cost $13 to $15 extra on top of shipping) for particular countries. For this reason, you need to contact me for shipping costs so I can tell you whether registered mail is required and what shipping cost would be. I would likely require registered mail for countries like Italy and Russia. Cheaper International rates may be available if CDs are shipped without jewel cases.
