SHIPPING:    Shipping rates are based on the shipping costs to the destination. You will be notified if an additional packaging fee is necessary, especially for heavier or larger items (such as furniture) that require special boxing. I will try my best to ship within 3 business days of payment.  Sometimes it might take me longer depending on the item and the packing involved.  If for some reason, an item arrives broken, the buyer must notify me via email and be able to provide a photo of the damage (for insurance purposes).  I try to pack every item very carefully, making sure it gets to its new home in great condition!

REFUNDS:  ALL SALE ARE FINAL.  I do my best to describe and provide detailed pictures of my items so that you are happy with your purchase. I try to list ALL information about an item listed for auction whether it is good or bad.  However, it is often not possible to mention every imperfection that occurred during an item’s manufacturing or use.  Minute scratches, normal wear, color variances, straw marks, bubbles, swirls, or smudges are inherent to antique glassware and collectibles as well as vintage furniture pieces.   I like everyone to have a POSITIVE ebay experience.  If an item is grossly misrepresented, I will make every effort to accommodate the situation.
