This is the live vinyl album "Live Yardbirds: Featuring Jimmy Page" by The Yardbirds. It was recorded at the Anderson Theater in New York City on March 30, 1968. It was released on Epic Records, catalog number E 30615. This vinyl album is an unofficial release and includes the tracks:

Even though this is an unofficial release, it is still quite rare and can be quite tough to find.
The record itself is in better than Very Good (VG+) condition with few visible marks but no scratches and has no affect to how the record plays. The cover is also in Very Good (VG) condition with some wear. Great buy!
