Condition:
Binder has typical wear for an album this old, this loved. No tears inside. The top front of the binder has a tear in the binding, see pictures. The back cover does have some blue ink scribbled in the upper right corner. It almost blends in with the design.
Records look fairly good shape. I do it see many scratches as these old records often held up well. One did show some minor wear.
I usually ship same day from Oakland, CA via USPS Media Mail.
