Almendra en Obras I is the first live album by the Argentine band Almendra recorded at the Obras Sanitarias Stadium in December 1979, it was the group's first comeback after nine years of separation. The presentations were filmed for a film that, although never released, is considered a work of art because of the warmth and energy of those concerts. The material, the band, the sound, and the presentation of two unpublished jewels: Cambiándome el futuro and Vamos a ajustar las cuentas al cielo, which were not included in the album recorded in the studio El valle interior the following year, make this work one of the most important and remembered of Almendra.
