Hotel, dulce hotel is the fifth album by Spanish singer-songwriter Joaquin Sabina, released in 1987 and of which he sold 400,000 records. After two albums signing as Joaquin Sabina and Viceversa, the album is once again signed by Sabina alone, although the band continues to appear in the credits of the inside booklet. The album still has rocky sounds like the previous ones. It was composed on the Canary Island of El Hierro.
