This is not a new record, they are pre owned and have been used. The vinyl will have marks and flaws and may crackle and pop when played but should play through fully. The sleeve will have some scuffs, creases and wear and tear around the edges as they have been in storage for several years.
Most vinyl's either on the outside of the sleeve or inside have had the purchase date written on them. If you look at the photos you will see if the vinyl you wish to buy has this date written on the sleeve.
