BEATLES "SECOND ALBUM" MONOPHONIC VINYL LP T-2080 1ST U.S. RELEASE VG+
This monophonic record was released in April of 1964. The Beatles were hitting their stride with songs by Lennon-McCartney but also included were covers of songs by several other writers. Issued under the Capitol Label, it was pressed at an RCA Plant in Indianapolis. It does not have timings on the label for "Long Tall Sally" and "I Call Your Name" and there is a large emerald green blurb stressing that both "She Loves You" and "Roll Over Beethoven" are on the cover sleeve.
The record is in very good+ condition with a little crackle, mostly only audible between tracks. There are few light scratches that are rarely audible. The cover is in fair condition as the edges are heavily worn and split in places. The original inner sleeve was replaced with a protective audiophile sleeve.
The album will be shipped by USPS Media Mail. Keep in mind that the USPS is experiencing significant delays in various parts of the country. EBay's estimates of delivery dates are wildly optimistic. Please expect and accept that it might take ten days or more to receive the album.
