Record is in very good condition, no damage, the jacket is in good to fair condition has been creased in upper left corner see pictures. 1.  If you hold a vendors license to forgo the sales tax You will need to fill out our tax exempt form to  complete the sale; as well as get a copy of it to us.
2.  Should you have an issue with your purchase Please message us before just leaving neutral or negative feedback
3. Should you need to return the item because it arrives damaged We need you to initiate the return through eBay to protect both of us.
4. If you are in a country that doesn't provide tracking; our responsibility ends once it leaves the USA and we can no longer track it.
5. We give a refund ONLY if we have grossly misrepresented our item. We do not accept returns for buyers remorse nor do we give partial refunds.
Finally 
6. Payments are due within three days of the end of auction. If payment isn't received by midnight est on the 3rd day a  unpaid item will be opened on the 4th.
