Bailando en una pata is the third album by the hard rock band La Renga, the first live, and the first and only VHS.
It was recorded at the concert given at the Obras Sanitarias Stadium.
The VHS recording of the concert was released in October 1995.
Most of the songs belong to the album Avoiding puddles, but the versions contained here are distinguished by their better sound quality, much more faithful to the true sound of the band.
There is also a cover of Steppenwolf's song "Born to be wild", composed by Mars Bonfire.
The song that gives the album its name, "Bailando en una pata", was never released in a studio version.
