Jacket in torn shrink with rivet as pictured for VG+ (note that the majority of but not all the wear you’ll see is on the shrink itself). Original company sleeve included. Disc I’d put at lowest VG+/high VG, playable with scattered light scratches/scuffs but I’d expect some surface noise though not an excessive amount.
