"Pan American" b/w "I Don't Care" by Hank Williams & his Country Boys (billed on the label as the Drifting Cowboys). This is from Williams' early pre-MGM sessions on Sterling, recorded February 13, 1947. MGM acquired the masters and reissued these sides on its own label in July 1948. This is the Canadian release, which has the same record number (10226). Condition is V+/V-. Plays just as noisily as the Sterling masters it came from. "B" side has some minor swishing. If you MUST have Hank on Sterling and can't afford $200-$300 for an original, this is your next best option, at a fraction of the price!
