Inside the front cover and back of the rear cover as shown in fifth and sixth attached high resolution photographs contains background information on the records within this box set.
This Brahms box set belonged to my Mom. I remember listening to this music growing up in the 1960’s. Although this box set has to be well over 40 years old, it was cautiously played by my Mom and stored in a cool hall closet to prevent warping. A few of the records have some minor scuff marks from normal play and use. The outside box cover has some minor wear on its edges as shown in the first and seventh attached high resolution photographs.
These records belong to my Mom and were stored in a closet in the Living Room of my childhood home. My Mom left me these records upon her death and I too have stored these in an interior room closet for the past ten years. I am preparing to further downsize and started the process of putting some of my Mom’s heirlooms on eBay for sale. I know my Mom would occasionally listen to these records up through the early 2000’s; however, I no longer have a record player to assess how they play.
