Gatefold Cover is VG++  Clean. Flat.  But has a 3/4" seam split along the top. Clean spine. Four crisp corners.

With MEDIA MAIL OR Priority Mail if you select that option.  The item ships, double-boxed, in a brand new, sturdy LP mailer placed inside another 14" x 4" x 14" exterior protective carton with proper padding and interior corner protection.  I know how to properly pack and ship LPs.
